Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You get on Best Buy and create you an account and it will let you cancel your subscription. If you don’t they will automatically deduct the money from your card. They hope you forget about it !!!

However, we currently do not offer a way to turn the auto renew off. You would have to login to your My Best Buy account and cancel your membership. Please note that you do get an email 30 days prior to the renewal, as well as the day of the renewal.
