• You have to call customer service. They dont honir what they say when they get you to buy. After 3 people andcalls i finally got someone to help.

• I forget exactly what you click on but you can do it through the app. I believe you either click on your name, or "Wallet" on the bottom bar and then click on the banner regarding your membership. You should get a credit or partial credit on your credit card.
