I think this system is only sold in the online store of Best Buy not the in-person Store, and you can either have it delivered to your local Best Buy for a personal pick up or delivered to home directly. Personally I’ve gone to many Best Buy locations in person and have never seen this brand sold inside of any store not even for display. So, many people that don’t know the brand might seen a bit skeptical at pulling the trigger to buy this over the typical popular Soundbars from Samsung, Sony, Sonos, Vizio, LG, etc. But, I only had heard positive things about this Soundbar, I’ll be getting mine this Black Friday hopefully! Obviously, I’ll going to have them delivered to my local Best Buy for a personal pick up. Since it’s a fairly large and expensive item, I wouldn’t want it to get damaged, lost or stolen before it gets delivered home. So, my suggestion for you would be ordering it for a pick up at your local Best Buy for better peace of mind.
