It'll still work, you just won't be taking full advantage of Earc. My TV has Earc, and everything worked fine with the previous one with only support for arc. Unless you plan on upgrading your TV to one that has Earc soon, I'd just get the other one and save some money. This one does sound better, but it's not a massive improvement over the previous version. I've had that one as well. Hope this helps...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know for certain. My tv is the streaming source while you'll be using a Roku attached to the Nak. I have a 4K LG tv with eARC and at the time, the previous Nak which only offered ARC and there were audio delays when unpausing streaming videos i.e. there would be no sound for like 3 seconds, not from Netflix though. After I bought the Nak with eARC, there were no audio delays. I don't know how it'll perform when the tv isn't the streaming source.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 4K fire stick hooked up to it and sound is great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work with ARC as long as you connect the Roku to the soundbar and not the TV. You need eARC on the TV to be able to connect the Roku to the TV and use it with this product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work with both the Roku 4k and the LG tv. It is backwards compatible with arc. You will love this soundbar.
