Almost any wireless device (ie wifi router, keyboard, mouse) will interfere with the subwoofer, so those need be moved away from the subwoofers. Also, make sure there are no barriers between the soundbar and the wireless subs. Nakamichi has an excellent giude on their website on this and more causes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The system has an 'eco mode' that turns the soundbar off after 20 minutes. You should check to see if it's enabled, and disable of it is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check for update 1st, But I almost had the same issue when I followed the set up in the manual and had the audio sometimes cut out or the pictures about every 20mins watching movies, gaming or My PC which was very frustrating, I ended up setting everything to the TV like I had before and just connecting the shockwave via eARC from the TV.(took me almost two months before i was fed up and redid my set up) you may also know this but make sure the HDMI cable is 2.1 or 2.2 or more 4k+ capable for the dolby atmos base, the other thing set one up 1st and if the theres no issue test the other to see if one is defected or not, or if the distance is an issue, I have mine 10' away and the other at almost 19' from sound bar so I don't if your set up is greater or not. check other sources for your audio play back, could be dvd player, fire-tv, console, etc... finally check to see if the Bluetooth channel could be change ( I cant remember if you could) as sometimes the wifi network can interrupt as I had in the past and I had to change the wifi channel instead,(10yrs ago with wifi cameras and bluetooth chromecast and sharescreen so it may not matter with today tech advances) I hope this helps you in any way. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I stopped the cutting in and out by locking my subs to a particular channel also distance to the main bar plays a factor as well depending on room size may need to move the subs closer to the main bar.
