YES I Believe they do, I had a set purchased from Best Buy and the rhythm controller went out on them, the lights would stay white, after one call, the manufacture promptly sent a replacement after asking for the serial number.

Please try again later.The two year is from the manufacturer not from Best Buy, unless you buy the Best Buy warranty. manufacturer warranty claims have to be filed with the manufacturer and shipped back to the manufacturer. Buying the Best Buy warranty makes it so you can just walk into any Best Buy return the item and get a replacement immediately. the Best Buy warranty also through my experience has no limitations or restrictions about how or when the item was damaged, manufacturers warranties are based on the product itself failing without any external damage or destruction being brought upon it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy will sell you their geek squad warranty for 1-2 years. That’s independent from the manufacturer. Don’t remember the price it cost me but it covers any plate the falls from the wall and malfunction so it was worth for me
