Great question! With the Nanoleaf Skylight 3-pack, the panels do need to be physically connected to each other, as they share power and communication through the connectors. So unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to space them 2–3 feet apart. However, we totally get the desire for a more spread-out layout — we’ll definitely pass that feedback along to the team!
