Can you video call iPhones from this? null

No, only voice calls, but you have to add your contacts first through Google home app

Using Google services but not facetime you can make audio calls. There is no camera with this. It even says so in the description "Make Duo audio calls." and that both the caller and recipient need to have a Duo account.
