Ideally, Nest Wifi router can cover up to 2,200 sq.ft. Each additional Nest Wifi point will extend Wi-Fi coverage by up to 1,600 sq.ft. But, where they are placed, the layout of your house, and physical obstructions like furniture can impact the total coverage. We recommend setting up your Nest Wifi router and points no more than 2 rooms away from each other as a general rule. It's better to put the router and points in an elevated position like on a shelf, to provide better signal transmission.
