No, Nest WiFi doesn't support Wi-Fi 6. AC2200 and AC1200 are Wi-Fi standards with maximum wireless combined bandwidth speeds in Mbps. Nest WiFi router supports AC2200 while Nest WiFi point supports AC1200.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is not a wifi 6 product rather a wifi 5 product. The classification here is wifi AC whereas wifi 6 is AX. Currently there aren't many products that service wifi 6 so I wouldn't be too concerned about that. The 2200 nest router is the main router that will be connected to your modem. 2200 stands for the square footage the router will cover (theoretically). The 1200 nest router is the extra pod you place away from the main router to grant extra wifi coverage, this one only covering 1200 square feet. Hope that helps!
