Yes. You have auto lock options of 10secs to 10mins.

You can choose how long your lock should wait before automatically locking, and you can have Auto-Lock on all the time or only when no one’s home.

It also gives the option to either auto lock or unlock when you are home. With that option you will need to have your location turned on with the Nest App.
