“I could not get this modem to work for my xfinity internet. I registered it with xfinity & they claimed all was well with my connection on their end. I was unable to get an internet connection. I ened up switching back to the xfinity modem. Thoughts?”

The only problem was with home security. Comcast had to install a secondary wifi modem (no cost). Otherwise it was plug and play....I had my internet up and running in about 10 minutes.
