That'll depend on how your ISP uses it, but it's probably closer to 400mbps. The maximum theoretical for DOCSIS 3.0 32x8 (this modem's spec) is 1200mbps, but that's before accounting for expected line noise and reality. My ISP (RCN) considers this to be more then enough for the 300mpbs tier, but insufficient for 500mbps or above tiers (for which they want a DOCSIS 3.1 modem).
