That is correct. You should have data on all of those ports of the switch. Maybe the tv is still trying to connect wirelessly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem when I connected my Ethernet cable to the switch’s yellow “internet” socket. Once I switched to port #1, powered down then up the switch. It allocated the proper ip range number (192.168.x.x). If your getting an ip number that’s not like the rest of your network, try a different port or turn off & on the device. Once set & working, you do not have to mess with it again. Good luck.
