No, the specific device has to be set up to accept installs for software, and Microsoft has the Xbox1 locked to only allow from Games.

However, even if your Xbox didn't have a WiFi antenna built in, you couldn't use this to connect with. It uses software that you have to download, and you can't install non-xbox compatible software. There used to be special antenna's you could buy for the Xbox to bring wifi to it, but that was back in the Xbox/xbox360 days. Every Xbox comes with Wifi connection as a standard these days.
