Q: Questionit says it has a cd installation but my computer doesnt have a cd drive is it possible to install without the cd?

• A:Answer No it is not. My computer also doesn’t have a CD drive but I do have an external one. It would be worth to get a simple external CD drive to not only install this product, but other things in the future.

Q: QuestionCan I use this product to hook my security system wirelessly to my router? I don't have access to my router (different floor) and want to be able to monitor my cameras from my phone.

• A:Answer Sure. Install/Place adapter a bit further from your router & closer to your security system. It should connect to your router and serve as an access point for your security systems, if the cameras can’t pick up WiFi signals from a long distance.
