I use Spectrum as an internet provider. My Spectrum site showed me a list of compatable Modems and this was on it. I expect your Xfinity will too. This modem has 4-ethernet inputs if you want to plug in directly. The modem is Capable of 960 Mb/second but remember, you have to BUY that high speed plan from your Xfinity provider.

My modem is working with two computers, 1 laptop, 1 I-Pad, 2 Cellphones and 2 Smart TV sets.

It is compatible with Xfinity, as far as supporting that many devices: that kinda depends on the internet speed you have. But if you plan on having speeds over 300-400 then you should probably look at new routers. Also make sure you tell Xfinity you have your own router so they don’t charge you for renting theirs which is also an option
