“I have a Nighthawk Tri band X6 3200 I am trying to get WiFi all the way back to a shed about 150 feet away from the main home. The signal would have to go through three walls? Is this what i need to accomplish my task? If not any suggestions.”

Sorry, I am not familiar with this specific model, but the distance you have described, plus three walls, sounds very iffy to me. I suggest you ask the manufacturer and/or the Geek Squad.
