“I have at&t uverse which half the time is down. They checked everything and even gave me a new router of course with a 20.00 increase in my monthly bill and still it always says no wifi connection. Will this item help with that and keep my wifi available?”

I don't think this is going to help you. It will improve connectivity in your network. If your devices can't connect to the router or if you have a weak signal, it will help. But it won't fix anything between your router and your ISP
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you're getting no wifi at all anywhere in your house, it won't help. If your router is literally not functioning half the time, an extender won't do anything for you. All an extender does is increase the effective range of a wifi signal. If you also experience the issues with your devices plugged directly in with an ethernet cable, then I'd assume the problem is with the service and seek an alternative ISP.
