• I really don't know. However, my extender is about 50' from my router and I now get a strong signal on the side I had trouble getting WiFi on. I could not get any signal prior to purchase. Hope this helps

• I don't believe it will, My shop is 75 feet and it will not go thru the wall I have good signal out side of the shop but no signal inside of the shop, my shop has a metal skin hope this helps ron
