It took me two or three times to get it working, so try rebooting your modem & router ... and the Nighthawk unit. I am assuming you have installed the app on your phone; but if you haven't, do that before doing the reboots. Also, be patient. When I was getting tired of trying and took a break, it made all the connections. I also think centrally locating the unit is important. Good luck.
