“Can I operate all my devices (Smart TV, tablet, printer and laptop) with this router and cancel my ties with Comcast for internet? I live in a condo and their wires need to be replaced or put 10-16 holes in my walls at various locations. Not doing this.”

I have 3 Xbox One, PS4, Desktop, two smart TVs, iPad, 4 iPhones, and have no issues with speed bogging down because of multiple devices

No you still need internet provider and their modem. Router alone will not give you internet connection.
