I had the same exact issue. I also work from home and need a constant signal to download, upload, and view high resolution videos and photographs. The Nighthawk resolved all of my issues and actually extended the signal to several feet away from my property. You wont be disappointed. PS: my WiFi speeds are identical to those when connected via Ethernet.

Please try again later.I have a 3 story house and the 2.4g band can easily reach from my office in 3rd floor cornwer to the kitchen on the first floor, starts fading closer to my detached garage.. center it between the two and you should work like a charm. The 5g bands can reach the kitchen as well but the connection starts becoming rocky
