• if you mean VOIP it doesnt I am sorry. But OOMA phone boxes are very affordable and will work with that router :)

• Dont know what kind you want to add, but we use the Magic Jack device that connects through the router with a little box on an internet wire. It works fine, with no issues. Hope this helps. Jim

• No. Your modem controls phone calls. This router just splits your internet connection through wired and wireless routes.

• If you mean VOIP, yes. I have a wireless OBi setup on my network and it works ok.
