Ok so I have a linksys router for my whole family but I want to buy this one, can I still hook up this router when the other router is still active and how easy is it to set up because I have no idea on how to set up this stuff null

I think you would encounter problems with this approach. You would have to change the wireless SSID and password to be the same as your linksys system, so your devices can connect with out problems. Follow the instructions that comes with your new router and you should be OK.The IP addresses might not be the same as well.

The router is easy to set up. I don’t believe you can have two routers unless you have two separate internet lines.
