Not an issue at my house- contact customer service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to install two Android cell phones to the main name without problem. Had a problem with an IPhone, until I looked further into the WiFi setup. I found that it was set to ignore WiFi names other than those already approved. When I tapped that line off, it displayed the main name and connected with no problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should be able to sign into the secure WiFi network with the password provided during setup or whatever you set it to during setup. Just locate the network name and enter the password. I have connected multiple phones, a 4K player, two computers, a tablet, and PS4 to the secured network. I don’t believe there is a limit to the number of devices you can connect.
