It doesn't matter if the powerline adapter is not the same brand as your router- they transmit data via your home's electrical wiring regardless of the router brand. TP-Link and Netgear are both good brands, so in that regard it doesn't matter. (I don't suggest mixing brands, although they should still work if you do.) The important thing is to use adapters that can deliver the speeds you need.
