Sure you can dude, just get the router as a wireless point so don't turn off the wireless setting on the router and make sure to have your laptop wireless option on, usually this option is mark by a blue light. Now you need to get on your routers settings so you can change your password so you don't have your access point open or may be you would like to share your internet with your neightbor that is your choice. PS. Your desktop will have to have a Ethernet cable connected to your router and them you can play with the wireless connection on the other device (s) . good luck

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your desktop would need to be directly connected to the router, via ethernet cable. The other option is to purchase a USB wireless adapter. Both ways will provide you access to your network. The USB adapter would be preferred if the pc is not near to your router and you don't want a cable running through your house. Either option will not interfere with your laptop connection and both will easily stay connected simultaneously.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have Comcast, but if it's anything like RoadRunner (Time Warner), you should be able to connect the router to the cable modem, then connect your PC to one of the four open ports on the back of the router. Your laptop would connect via the wi-fi signal from the router or you can physically plug it in to one of the other open ports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Of course you can connect everything you want. But for the PC, you need a Wireless adaptor connected to the usb port, to get the wireless signal. Go to the closest Best Buy and ask for a Netgear Wireles USB adaptor for Desktops computers. It's very easy to install... Good Luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wired Netgear Wireless router to existing wired modem for my desktop PC. I followed Netgear instructions to connect wireless laptop & wireless printer. Windows 7 has Homegroup network, allowing me to access files between both PCs.
