are the night owl cameras plug and play null

Pretty much just having a problem with the ability to get it on my phone. Tried customer service but still no phone access

They are easy to setup. Each camera is AC Powered and must be connected to a power outlet. Additionally, the cameras need to be mounted. Both of these tasks are easy to do and there should be no need to hire a third party installer. Thank you!
