Not sure but I know the chat function worked wonders for me on their site. I had to wait a little bit after the masses woke - but if you hit them up early, tech support was right on it! I had to contact them this way two times in one day - 5am and about 4pm - early bird gets the worm I guess. I was actually highly impressed with the chat support.
