What are the limitations if use on a D5200? null

When the AF-P DX NIKKOR 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6G VR Lens is used on the D5200 is it not possible to disable the Vibration Reduction (VR) in the lens. There is also no option in the camera menu to disable the lens focus ring, so when you are using autofocus the focus ring can still be rotated. In addition if the camera's standby timer expires, the lens will reset its focus position and will need to be re-focused.
