“How far of a distance will this get crisp/focused pictures of small subjects such as wildlife?”

• The lens is capable of adquiring focus of a short distance of 8 feet to about 300 feet very sharp. In combination of a latest camera model the focus is even better. I use a Nikon Z5 with an adapter. If used with a DX model the distance is 1.5 bigger. Hopefully this help you.
