Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Nikon D3400 DSLR camera is able to be attached to a tripod and is compatible with the Nikon Remote Control ML-L3. This is a useful accessory for triggering the shutter remotely when using slower shutter speeds, to prevent camera movement, and can trigger from a range of approximately 16 feet in front of the camera. The Nikon D3400 camera has a Nikon F bayonet mount that is fully compatible with Nikon AF-S, AF-P and E-type lenses. Nikon AI and AF-type lenses can also be used but must be focused manually as the Nikon D3400 camera does not have a built-in focus motor. The Nikon F bayonet is designed to support Nikon lenses and any of the above mentioned types can be used interchangeably with this camera model.
