No. The Nikon HB-35 Bayonet Lens Hood is only compatible with the AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR II lens and the AF-S DX VR Zoom-NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED lens. Lens type for the 18-55mm VR lens will determine which hood will fit; the AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR II lens uses the HB-69 Bayonet Lens Hood while the AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens uses the HB-N106 Black Bayonet Hood.
