Is this grip actually Nikon or by another company? null

This is a Nikon brand grip. I bought this one for my D500 and it comes in a Nikon brand box and has a Nikon USA warranty serial number and the Nikon logo on the grip.

The MB-D17 is a Nikon Battery Grip.

It's actually made by Nikon, works great. Read reviews about non-Nikon brands and the reviews werent good. Spend the extra to get what works best. Unfortunately, it's a lot of money. Good luck
