• No. The Nikon MH-65 Battery Charger is used for charging the Nikon EN-EL12 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery. The Nikon COOLPIX S4100 digital camera uses an EN-EL19 Rechargeable Li-ion Battery, not an EN-EL12 battery. To charge the Nikon EN-EL19 battery use the Nikon Charging AC Adapter EH-69P.
