• I called to ‘ preorder’ and was told I could not because it was not available !! Now I see Best Buy was taking preorders ?

• Pre-ordering was available at announcement time but has sold out (rather quickly). It should open up as more allocations become available.

• Hopefully you were sticking close to the site, because pre-orders went live around 12:30pm EST and then again around 2:30pm. Check-out process was fairly seamless.
