QuestionIs the filter supposed to click when you close it? I just bought it and to close it there is no click.

- Answer I know when the filter goes in it doesn't but when i go to close it it doesnt click. The manual said there should be a slight click. There is not. Thank you

- Answer Hello BeverlyB, We are sorry to inform you that the carafes from the previous Ninja Coffee Bar® are not compatible with this one. We also do not recommend using a thermal carafe in a glass carafe system, as the warming plate with damage the thermal carafe. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

- Answer You probably could but I wouldn't recommend it. The solids in the milk could mess up the internal components and you would also be looking at considerable cleaning every time. Didn't find that option in the manuals.

- Answer I have this carafe as well. I bought a long sponge type scrubber, used to wash glasses, from the grocery store. Works great to clean the carafe.

- Answer Hello 2112, To clean the Ninja Coffee Bar® 10-Cup Coffee Maker when the Clean button lights up, we recommend using a descaling solution specifically formulated for coffeemaker cleaning. Alternately, fill the water reservoir to the travel mug line (16 oz.) with only white vinegar. This method is effective for mildly scaled machines. We hope this information helps. - Answer Not sure on temp hot tea for me needs to set to cool off. The scoop has its own place with directions for each drink from single to full. Great part of feature. The water tank is removable for cleaning. There are two separate coffee strengths I like classic my sister prefers rich wow what a flavor difference.
