Hello 2112, To clean the Ninja Coffee Bar® 10-Cup Coffee Maker when the Clean button lights up, we recommend using a descaling solution specifically formulated for coffeemaker cleaning. Alternately, fill the water reservoir to the travel mug line (16 oz.) with only white vinegar. This method is effective for mildly scaled machines. We hope this information helps. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just use equal parts of vinegar and water. Works perfectly. Just be sure to rinse, add clean water, and run that through. Do that two times to get the vinegar out. It takes about an hour to when you clean it.
