“I just received this as a gift I need to know what kind of oil to use when cooking in this. I heard somewhere that using cooking oil in a spray form can break down the nonstick coating. Can someone please let me know what kind of oil should I use to cook.”

• You really do not need oil. All the frozen food that we have cooked has come out nice and krispy.

• Avocado Oil is the best. It has a high smoke point. Spay on food . We have had no problem with smoke inside
