• The cool off feature prevent the oven from some heat damage, in order to do it right choose 1 or 2 for the side u want, keep press the time down for two seconds, the time will go down to 0 and then will cool off by itself.

• Adjust that sides time down to 0 and it will go into cool down mode for that side.

• Turn the timer to 0, it's not zero, it's off this will start the cool down feature.

• Hit the button for the side you want to stop (1 or 2) then hit the pause button. That's the only way I've been able to figure out how to stop one side, while the other continues.
