• I ordered this item and it was the 13 in 1. I couldn't find an 11 in 1 with all my searching. This appears to be mislabeled on the website.

• this one does not dehydrate or reheat. the sp301 model is the 13-in-1 and that does dehydrate and reheat. the temperature range on the 11-in-1 model is 250 to 450 degrees while the 13-in-1 temperature range is 135 to 500 degrees.

• if you look at the picture of this item you'll see that it is at 500* on dual heat FRESH PIZZA mode. You can get the 500* setting this way.

• I ordered this one and got the 11 in 1. The one I got does not have the dehydrate or reheat functions. I guess different best buys will have different versions in stock.
