• It's not very tall inside. I wouldn't recommended it as most ideal for that purpose. It's small size though allows it to heat up quickly. I think ninja makes others that might work better for the whole chicken.

• yes you can follow the same recipe as before this just use less time so if you roasted for an hour at 375 may go 40 mins and see if it looks right i mean it will brown and get crispy from the air plus the roasting
