I would definitely -not- use this oven in any kind of enclosed space. It gets really warm during use and having airflow and space around it is really important. I have a metal microwave shelf over my microwave and I put the oven on that. It works great and saves space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have ours in an open cabinet with 2 inches clearance on each side and 5 inches on top, and we have had no problems. It does not seem to generate a lot of external heat.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is probably not ok to be in an eclosed area, not real sure what you mean by clearance, but when its upright its about 18 inches. You should be able to see that in the specs
