• Heat doesn't come out around the door. The glass in the door, sides and top get very hot. Cools down fairly fast.

• I am surprised at how little heat comes from the dual heat Ninja. The exterior and the door are hot, but it is not any worse than my old oven and far less than I expected. It is a great oven! Hope this helps.

• The exterior is hot to touch .. but around the door occasionally steam comes out so you might get steam burns if you are not careful .. best to use mittens
