I'm not sure why your asking me that question. I ordered a similiar ninja and it showed up on my front deck out of the box. The box looked like it was kicked around like a football. I brought it back to best buy as is. I wasn't taking any chances with it. I asked your customer service in Dover, De. why they didn't secure this item by wrapping it in heavy plastic. Considering the original box that contained this product was paper thin. Or maybe put it in another box to secure the safety and care of the product. Their reply was we ship products out as is all the time. To me this was unexceptable.
