Which is the best Ninja model for grilling? null

If it's just you the smaller version is great. If you have more than 4 people I'd suggest the XL. You'll have more grilling space and be able to fit larger cuts of meat or more burgers. One of the tricks we learned was to put a small amount of water in the bottom pan before beginning to grill. This helps to keep splattering and any possibly smoke to a minimum.

The BEST model for grilling is called "Ninja Foodi Smart XL 6 in 1 Indoor Grill". The model no. from Ninja is FG551. It has the largest space with the most functions, and a temperature probe that works really well with - and plugs directly into - the grill for true "set it and forget it" grilling and cooking.

I really think the ninja foodie grill XL is the best grill option for the added space and having the meat thermometer helps.
