A:Answer We're committed to product stewardship, and as part of that commitment, we prioritize the sourcing of materials that are designed without intentionally added PFAS wherever possible. PFAS (a class of more than 15,000 different chemical compounds) are pervasive and persistent in both the environment and a wide range of consumer products which makes it virtually impossible to confirm that a product is completely free of any PFAS based on the potential for unintentional contamination. However, we have taken steps to design products without the intentional use of PFAS where there are viable alternatives, and to work with its suppliers to develop alternatives where none currently exist.
