• I don't know, but Best Buy just canceled my order today, I had it pre-ordered on the 7th. They claim in the email they couldn't get anymore stock. This really sucks.

• Unfortunately that is unknown as Sora amiibo even disappeared for online orders. So, it is probably less likely for it to get restocked in stores at the moment.
