Yes as long as you setup your family on Nintendo’s website. That’s exactly what we use it for.

The Family Plan covers multiple Switches and Accounts.

This is good for up to 12 (I think, it might be 6). You add it to one account and then there are a number of other codes you can use to activate this on other switch consoles or member accounts. Shouldn't be a problem to enter both consoles for a year of online.

This is good for 8 accounts and those accounts can be on any switches.
